Thank you for your support of the Saint John Neumann Catholic Church Fourth Annual Wine Tasting and Auction Fundraising Event benefiting Mobile Loaves and Fishes and other KC Charities at the Visit their web site.

The 4th Annual Wine Tasting & Silent Auction on May 23rd turned out to be a great SJN party and fundraiser. We sold 481 admissions total and we approximate 420 folks attended. Preliminary gross revenue was $67,000.00 and we expect to split approximately $50,000.00 of net income between our council and the Mobile Loaves & Fishes charities.
We want to acknowledge the huge efforts and participation by our entire council and their wives / women friends. Selling admissions, checking in / out guests, serving wine, setting up, packing and shipping, buying auction items and cleaning up took a lot of time, talent and treasure to make this a memorable event. So our display of good stewardship was and will ever be rewarded. The charity cause of both organizations once again is met.
There were many committees that worked hard but are too numerous to list but we will acknowledge and publicly thank the members of the main committee. Alan Graham was our auction, merchandising and system automation coordinator, Vern Ebert was in charge of wine selections and serving, Mike Dore was our Volunteers and physical arrangements coordinator. Greg Ledenbach was the Music and Transportation services coordinator. Jack Scheider  was our supplies coordinator.  Steve Schiurring was our sound coordinator. Vern Pohlmeier was in charge of admission sales.  Chuck Malburg was in charge of event production, food and site selection.
